David has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas Tech and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Prior to real estate, David worked 21 as a Vice President and Marketing Executive at FedEx, overseeing operations, marketing, and strategy. He is an active real estate investor and has been successful in developing a portfolio of single-family rental properties over the last 10 years.
