Welcome to Kassen Realty Team! We’re a husband-and-wife duo native to the DFW area. We pride ourselves on our business-minded approach, supported by 15 years of real estate experience and strong education.
Susan is a veteran of the industry helping families buy, sell, and rent residential real estate in the DFW area. Susan has a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Texas Tech and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to real estate, Susan worked in the advertising industry and marketing industry.
David has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas Tech and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Prior to real estate, David worked 21 as a Vice President and Marketing Executive at FedEx, overseeing operations, marketing, and strategy.
We are active real estate investors and have been successful in developing a portfolio of single-family, commercial, and multi-family rental properties over the last 10 years.
